Private consultations are ideal:

  • When assessing behavioural problems

  • For dogs that are stressed around other dogs

  • For a wonderful head start before group classes

  • To train the whole family

Home visits:

  • Allow an accurate behavioural assessment when problem behaviours occur within the home

  • Cater for those who cannot travel

  • Provide for those with limited time due to work and family commitments

  • Give you the opportunity to “road test” training methods in your home or neighbourhood

​

Handouts will be provided.  When I use your dog/pup for demonstrating exercises, I strongly encourage you to video the session for your reference.

Puppy consultations

These consultations are perfect if you would like to jump start your knowledge before attending Puppy Kinder or you are unable to get to a class.

​

The topics covered will ensure that you have the tools and information to give your new pup the best start to its life with you: 

  • Toilet training

  • Socialisation

  • Jumping

  • Mouthing

  • Management tools

  • Play

  • Husbandry

  • Diet

  • Basic training

  • Games

​

Handouts will be provided.  When I use your dog/pup for demonstrating exercises, I strongly encourage you to video the session for your reference.

One-on-one sessions

These consultations will cover any areas that you would like addressed to assist you in having a well-mannered, happy member of the family. In other words, a dog that you enjoy spending time with and other people don’t talk about for all the wrong reasons.

 

Please note that training and behavioural issues can be very different so time, cost and commitment will vary depending on the dog.

  • General training issues

  • Mouthing

  • Recall – Coming back when called

  • Loose Leash Walking

  • Focus

  • Mild Anxiety

  • Reactivity (I do not cover Human aggression cases)

  • Chase drive
